"Negotiations are underway with the Central Bank of Iraq to offer better services to Iranian pilgrims, which is only possible if their banking infrastructure improves," Mohammad Reza Hosseinzadeh said in a meeting with Seyyed Ali Qazi-Askar, representative of the Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei for hajj and pilgrimage, BMI's website reported.
