Rouhani congratulates Venezuela on Independence Day

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Your Excellency, Mr Nicolás Maduro Moros,
The honorable President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
I congratulate the 260th anniversary of the independence day of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to your Excellency, the government and the people of that country.
I hope ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela further be developed in all fields and international cooperation deepened with mutual by the authorities of the two countries.
I pray to the Almighty for your Excellency's health and success, and the people of Venezuela’s felicity and prosperity.
