Iran president congratulates volleyball team victory
EghtesadOnline: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in a message congratulated victory of U-19 volleyball team in 2017 FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship held in Bahrain.
In a message released on Monday, Rouhani appreciated coaches and sport officials' efforts, according to IRNA.
The 2017 FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship was the fifteenth edition of the international volleyball tournament and the world championship for men's national teams under the age of 19, organized by the sport's world governing body, the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).
The tournament was hosted by Bahrain in Riffa from 18 to 27 August 2017.
Twenty teams from the five confederations competed in the tournament.
