Rouhani expressed his deep sorrow over demise of passengers of the plane, IRNA reported.
He wished blessing for demised persons and patience for bereaved families.
A small Turkish private plane with 11 passengers and crew crashed last Sunday evening in a mountainous area in Charmahal and Bakhtiari province and all on board were killed.
The plane was flying from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, to Istanbul.
