Iran’s Mazandaran exports 44k tons of citrus fruits in 8 mos

An official at the Agricultural Jihad Department of Mazandaran province has said that more than 44,000 tons of fresh citrus fruits have been exported overseas in the current Iranian calendar year (started Mar. 21).

Head of Agricultural Jihad Department of Mazandaran province Asadollah Teymouri Yansari stated that over 20,000 tons of kiwi fruits were exported to other countries between March 21 and November 22, 2025.

In this period, more than 8,000 tons of kiwi fruits were also exported to India from March 21 to November 22, 2025.

Yansari added that the provincial citrus fruits were exported to the Eurasian market including Armenia, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan as well as Persian Gulf littoral states.
