Araqchi Holds Intensive Talks on Plans to End Imposed War
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi held a series of telephone conversations with his counterparts from Oman, Turkey, Qatar, Iraq, and Japan to discuss the latest regional developments as well as diplomatic efforts aimed at ending the US-Israeli war of aggression.
In a phone call on Saturday morning, Araqchi and Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al Busaidi exchanged views on the latest regional developments and the existing diplomatic initiatives and efforts aimed at preventing tensions from escalating further and bringing the US-Israeli war of aggression to an end.
On Friday evening, the Iranian foreign minister also held separate telephone conversations with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, and Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein.
The discussions focused on bilateral relations as well as the latest regional and international developments.
Araqchi additionally spoke by phone on Friday with Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi, with the two sides discussing bilateral issues and recent regional and global developments.
