Zanganeh Underlines Expediting Anahita Refinery Construction
EghtesadOnline: Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zanganeh on Sunday underlined expediting construction of Anahita refinery.
According to FNA, Zanganeh made the remark in an address to a group of Ulima and war veterans in Kermanshah Province, western Iran, adding that executive operations to construct Anahita refinery will go on more speedily and related downstream industries' chain will be operational.
He said there are now three petrochemical units in Kermanshah Province and a plan to build to more petrochemical units is on government agenda.
He went on to say that after provinces of Khouzestan and Boushehr, Kermanshah Province is one of the petrochemical hubs of Iran and the bid is supported by President Hassan Rouhani.
Underlining that Kermanshah Province can be turned into Iran's petrochemical hub, Zanganeh said connection of railway network to Kermanshah Province will be source of major changes.
