All SP phases to be operational by March 2018
EghtesadOnline: By end of the Iranian calendar year of 1396 (March 21, 2017-March 20, 2018) all phases of Iranian South Pars gas field will be operational, which means more jobs and exports of oil derivatives.
Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Morteza Bank told a group of officials in Damavand, a city northeast of Tehran, on Saturday that for the first ever after triumph of the Islamic Revolution, Iran has reached the point that value of non-oil exports exceeds imports, according to IRNA.
Bank said that otherwise, fall in value of oil would have resulted in a big catastrophe in Iranian economy.
He said Iran’s current administration has the honor of creating 700,000 jobs a year within a period of three years.
