Pilot e-Visa portal launched: FM official
EghtesadOnline: An official at the Foreign Ministry announced that e-Visa portal has been launched in the country.
Deputy director general for Information Technology Department of the Foreign Ministry Ali Zahirnia told IRNA on Thursday that the system will be used at the Iranian airports soon.
E-Visa portal will facilitate the visa issuance process for tourists, Zahirnia said.
He added launching of such electronic portals are aimed at giving better services to people and reduce the number of their unncessary physical presence of clients.
