Iran to pursue cyber attacks on N. facilities through judiciary authorities
EghtesadOnline: Iranian Deputy Prosecutor General Abdolsamad Khoramabadi said that the country’s prosecutor is going to follow cyber attacks on nuclear facilities through local, foreign and international judicial circles.
He said that the prosecutor general has tasked the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) with following the issue seriously, according to ISNA.
He said that those who have prepared and distributed the virus should be charged.
In case damages are made against the facilities, Iranian Prosecutor General would monitor the process of pursuing the case as defender of public rights.
