Majlis holds closed-door session with FM Zarif

Zarif is going to brief the lawmakers on the international Syrian peace talks held in Lausanne, Switzerland. 

Lausanne talks on Syria were held in participation by foreign ministers of Russia, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, United States, as well as UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura on Saturday, according to IRNA.

The four-hour long round of talks aimed at putting an end to the crisis in Syria but it ended without even the release of a joint statement by its participants.
