Defence minister congratulates Syria on liberation of Aleppo
EghtesadOnline: Iran’s Minister of Defense Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan congratulated the Syrian people and government on the latest victory of the Syrian army in liberating the city of Allepo from the Takfiri terrorists.
In a phone conversation with his Syrian counterpart General Fahd Jassem al-Freij on Wednesday, he described the victory of the Syrian army which occurred in cooperation with popular forces as a point of departure for further operations against terrorism and extremism, IRNA reported.
During the conversation, the two ministers also stressed their determination to continue fighting terrorism and extremism.
