Iranian products expo begins in Pakistan’s Karachi
EghtesadOnline: A four-day Iranian products exhibition kicked off at Karachi Expo Center in Pakistan on Friday.
Iranian Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Reza Fayyaz jointly inaugurated the expo with President of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry Rauf Alam.
The objective of the exhibition is to promote trade activities between Iran and Pakistan, according to IRNA.
According to details over 60 Iranian companies are participating in the expo.
Karachi is not only the largest city of Pakistan but a financial hub of the country and such an exhibition would provide a golden opportunity for the traders of the two brotherly counties to come closer to each other.
Iranian products related to construction material, petrochemicals, home appliances, tiles, food items, carpets and other high level products are being presented in the expo.
The Iranian trade exhibition has been taking place in Pakistan after a gap of almost 15 years.
A Pakistan trade expo will also be held in Teheran from April 24-26.
