IRICA: Pet Import/Export Requires Veterinary Permits
EghtesadOnline: The Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration has announced that all pets leaving or entering the country now require permits from Iran Veterinary Organization.
“It will be possible to import domestic animals once customs formalities are completed. Passengers can contact the airlines of their destination countries to obtain information about the transportation of their pets,” Mehr News Agency cited an IRICA statement as saying.
