IDRO: JCPOA golden opportunity to develop country’s economy
EghtesadOnline: Head of Executive Board of the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO) Mansur Moazami called Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action as a golden and exceptional opportunity for developing economy of the country and complained instead of appreciation for opening South Pars phases.
He made the remarks in ceremony to sign memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to study oil fields of Sosangerd, Cheshmeh-Khoush and Pydar-Gharb, which took place on the sidelines of the 22nd International Exhibition on Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical in Tehran.
According to IRNA, he expressed hope that domestic companies take advantage of JCPOA opportunity.
Moazami said by signing MoU and development of cooperation, attracting technologies and foreign partners would be possible, adding that resolving the occupation problem could be possible through attracting investment.
He pointed to IDRO’s activities in oil industry, and said that IDRO had already worked in development of phases 1,6,7,8,14,17 and 18 of South Pars.
'IDRO is among 11 authorized companies for exploration and production activities, which NIOC had confirmed their capabilities,' Moazami added.
