230% Rise in Non-Oil Exports to S. Korea
EghtesadOnline: Iran’s non-oil exports to South Korea saw a 230% rise in the last fiscal year (March 2016-17) compared with the year before to stand at $2.87 billion.
The East Asian country became Iran’s fifth biggest export destination last year, up from eighth in the preceding year. Imports from South Korea into Iran hovered around $3.46 billion last year, indicating a 5.9% decrease compared to the year before, according to Financial Tribune. The Asian country has been Iran’s third biggest source of import over the past two years, a report by Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture said.
