Iran FM holds talks with two UN senior officials
EghtesadOnline: Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Mark Lowcock have held talks on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest status of Rohingya Muslims, humanitarian situation in Yemen and also humanitarian assistance to the Syrian people, ISNA reported.
Separately, Zarif has also held talks with the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Office Vladimir Ivanovich Voronkov on the sidelines of UN General Assembly in New York.
