Tabriz Int’l Airport Traffic Rises 6%

EghtesadOnline: Tabriz International Airport in East Azarbaijan Province registered 15,725 takeoffs and landings in the last fiscal year (ended March 20, 2018), indicating a 6% rise compared to the year before, according to Mostafa Safaei, the head of East Azarbaijan Province’s Airports Company.

During the year, 14,608 tons of freight and around 1.93 million passengers were transported, registering a 6% and 5% year-on-year growth respectively, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s news service reported, citing public relations of East Azarbaijan Province’s Airports Company.
