Iran to Issue List of Goods Linked with Israeli Firms, Boycott Them
Iran’s Deputy Ministry of Foreign Affairs for economic diplomacy said a list of products linked with Zionist companies will be released soon and its details will be sent to the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade to boycott their imports into the country.
Mehdi Safari said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, has provided a list of such products, and importing them into the country will be strictly banned.
After the list of Israeli products is forwarded to the Ministry of Industry, registration of orders of the announced products will be prohibited, he underlined.
According to law, trade and business with the Zionist regime and even importing products into the country from companies supporting the Zionist regime is banned.
Back in June, a decision by the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) to boycott products made in illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian lands and territories was welcomed by the Arab Langue.
In a statement, the Arab League also welcomed the ETUC's call for "regulatory measures" to prevent EU legal entities from importing or exporting products manufactured in illegal Israeli settlements in accordance with EU treaties and international law. / Tasnim
