Tehran, Moscow to ink agreement on Rasht-Astara construction
Iranian and Russian transport ministers have agreed on signing the agreement on constructing Rasht-Astara railroad section of the North-South International Transport Corridor by this March, Iran's envoy to Moscow announced.
