EghtesadOnline: Khorasan Steel Company set a record in monthly direct-reduced iron production, as it produced 128,029 tons of the steelmaking material in the 10th month of the current fiscal year (Dec. 22, 2017-Jan. 20), the head of the company’s direct reduction plant said.

EghtesadOnline: Khorasan Steel Company set a monthly record in iron pellet procurement, as it received 213,643 tons of the material during the first ninth months of the current fiscal year (Nov. 22-Dec. 21), the steelmaker’s deputy head announced.
