EghtesadOnline: In the face of rising demand for inexpensive residential units in the capital Tehran, a senior advisor to the minister of roads and urban development predicted that the market for small and cheaper apartments will heat up during the current year (ending March 20, 2018).

EghtesadOnline: During the first two months of the new Iranian fiscal year to May 21, the number of new apartments built in 12 old districts of Tehran leaped by 56% compared with the corresponding period of last year.
