Iran’s new light transport aircraft Simorgh, designed and developed by experts at the Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industrial Company (HESA), has successfully conducted a test flight.

EghtesadOnline: Presently, a total of 335 planes are operating in Iran’s civil air fleet, 175 of which are operational and the rest have been grounded. Eleven of the operational planes are used to only transport cargo.
