EghtesadOnline: Iran and Anglo-Dutch major Royal Dutch Shell have reportedly entered into talks over developing the joint Azadegan Oilfield near the border with Iraq, chief executive officer of Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC) said on Friday.
