Araqchi Visits Iraq for Talks on Bilateral Ties, Regional Issues

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi departed for Baghdad on Sunday morning for an official visit to hold talks with senior Iraqi officials on bilateral relations and regional and international developments.

During the visit, Iran’s foreign minister is scheduled to hold consultations with high-ranking Iraqi officials on issues related to bilateral ties as well as the latest regional and international developments.

Coordinating with the relevant Iraqi authorities for holding the funeral ceremonies of late Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei at the holy Shiite shrines in Iraq is also among the data-x-items on the agenda of the ministerial visit.
