Iran’s Shahid Beheshti University seeks opening branches in regional states
EghtesadOnline: President of Iran’s Shahid Beheshti University Mohammad-Mehdi Tehranchi said that the university plans to establish branches in regional states.
“The aim of establishing branches in foreign countries is facilitating entrance of international students to Iran’s higher education system,” he said.
According to ISNA, he said that there are some Omani students studying short courses in BA and MA in Shahid Beheshti University.
A number of Iranian PhD students in Arab Literature had already been dispatched to the country, he added.
Tehranchi noted that this way of interaction is underway for universities of Lebanon and Iraq.
