Boost in Trade With France

EghtesadOnline: Iran exported more than 5,000 tons of non-oil goods worth $15 million to France during the seven months to October 21, registering a %52 jump in value compared with the similar period of a year before.

The exported commodities mainly included pistachio, saffron, cocoa butter, carpets, rosewater, raisins and petrochemicals, according to the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration. Some 82,000 tons of goods worth $582.4 million were imported from the European country to Iran during the same period, which indicates a 40% hike in value over last year’s corresponding period. Auto parts, steel products, pharmaceuticals and chemicals were among the main imported commodities.
