Iran, Algeria ink MoU on cinema
EghtesadOnline: Iranian and Algerian officials signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the area of cinema.
The document was signed by head of Iranian Organization of Cinema and Audio-visual Affairs Mohammad-Mehdi Heydarian and his Algerian counterpart Murad Sherihi.
According to IRNA, Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Reza Salehi-Amiri and his Algerian counterpart Azzeddine Mihoubi were present in the signing ceremony.
Salehi-Amiri at the invitation of Mihoubi departed for Algiers on Monday (March 27.)
In Algiers, Iran’s minister held meetings with Mihoubi and President of the Algerian Council of the Nation Abdelkhader Bensalah.
Iranian culture minister is scheduled to visit Tunisia after ending his trip to Algeria.
