Mehrabad Int’l Airport Traffic Grows 7%
EghtesadOnline: Tehran’s Mehrabad International Airport registered over 142,000 takeoffs and landings in 2017, indicating a 7% rise compared with the year before, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s news service reported.
During the year, 120,500 tons of freight and around 17.50 million passengers were transported, registering an 8% and 7% year-on-year growth respectively.
Mehrabad International Airport was the busiest airport in Iran in 2017, according to Financial Tribune.
