Tehran, New Delhi discuss import, export of protein products

Head of Iran’s Veterinary Medicine Organization Mojtaba Norouzi and Head of Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) of India Abhishek exchanged views in New Delhi regarding the import and export of animal and aquaculture products.

The two sides emphasized broadening mutual ties in the field of importing and exporting protein products.

The Iranian deputy minister of agriculture paid a visit to the LULU slaughterhouse and granted the “A” Grade of the Veterinary Medicine Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the management of the slaughterhouse.

In a separate meeting with the ambassador of Iran to New Delhi, Norouzi discussed a host of issues related to the import and export of agricultural inputs between the two countries. / MEHR
