The Iranian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance (MEAF) unit says it is investigating a controversial instant payment made by a convicted fuel smuggler to secure his release from custody.

The Iranian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance (MEAF) said $450 million in foreign investment within the framework of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has been approved at the latest session of the Foreign Investment Board.

Iran’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance (MEAF) said the country’s foreign trade value (total imports and exports) in the first nine months of the current Iranian calendar year showed a seven-percent growth compared to the same period last year.
