The CEO of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) announces a record daily extraction of 716 million cubic meters from the South Pars field in the Persian Gulf.

The chief executive of Iran’s Pars Special Economic Zone Organization said Iran has outpaced Qatar in the extraction of gas from joint fields.
