EghtesadOnline: Governor of Central Bank of Iran (CBI) Valiollah Seif met with Singapore Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Coordination of Economic Affairs Tharman Shanmugaratnam on Tuesday and reached agreement to begin a new chapter of banking activities.
