European Commissionner for the Digital Single Market Andrus Ansip under no circumstances (Personal or administrative ) has paid a visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Qasemi said.
According to IRNA, some media have claimed that Andrus Ansip has visited Tehran on July 27 (Thursda) secretly and without observing normal protocol for hosting a foreign high-ranking official.
