Divar offers services through divar.ir and a mobile app available on Apple’s App Store and Google Play along with local app markets likes Cafe Bazaar.

The company’s website and app have a special section for books and magazines, which were visited over 16 million times in six months to Sept. 22, according to Financial Tribune.

Last year (ended in March) the books and magazines section was viewed by 23 million users. Divar’s public relations office says the company expects the number to surpass last year’s record.

Users can purchase a wide range of products through the platform, from a secondhand hairdryer to apartments and cars.

In the books and magazines section, rare and second-hand books and old magazines can also be found. Some ad senders also put their books for exchange or sometimes give them away for free.
