Addressing a group of Ulima and war veterans on Sunday, President Rouhani said connection of railway track to Kermanshah Province marked beginning of major changes.
According to FNA, the President said the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) paved the way for progress and it is hoped to give way to great developments.
