Iran’s embassy in Islamabad condemns terrorist blast in Parachinar

EghtesadOnline: Iran’s embassy in Islamabad strongly condemned a terrorist blast in northwestern city of Parachinar in Pakistan on Friday, which left tens of innocent people dead and injured.

According to IRNA, the statement released by the embassy said the attack shows the need for a strong resolve to fight against extremism and terrorism more than ever. 

The statement also wished divine blessing and mercy for victims of the blast, prompt recovery for the wounded and patience for the victims’ families.

A huge blast on Friday morning rocked a Shia prayers place in the city of Parachinar in northwest of Pakistan. It left 22 dead and more than 50 wounded.

Terrorist group of “Jamaat ul-Ahrar”, a breakaway group from Pakistan Taliban, claimed responsibility for the deadly attack.
