“The pandemic hurt 3,300 people engaged in conducting trade fairs, plus 450 organizer companies. Job creation declined by one person per 4.5-5 square meters of exhibition space,” he was quoted as saying by IRNA.

The Iran International Exhibitions Company says it will resume holding all local and international exhibitions as of July 2.

“The exhibitions will be open to experts and specialists only and not the general public. We have equipped the Tehran International Exhibition Fairground with disinfecting devices as well as the required equipment to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus. Therefore, we decided to resume holding exhibitions while abiding by health protocols,” Hosseinzadeh was quoted as saying by IRNA.

The 12th International Exhibition of Doors and Windows Technology will be the first exhibition to be held in Tehran after a gap of few months from June 2 to 5.
