EghtesadOnline: Iran and Arab world share plenty of useful cultural and religious similarities on International Media, a member of the academic society of Tunisia said.

Regarding the importance of safeguarding cultural identity of countries, he said:“we have numerous cultural issues in common which can make us one nation with different identity.”

Abdul Hakim added that the most fundamental way to bring these nations together is to get detached from politics and they must focus on culture instead of religious differentiations. Safeguarding the cultural identity returns to the interaction between politics and culture, according to ISNA.

"Iran and Arab countries are taking advantage of around 1400 years of religious and cultural commonalities and a big part of people's culture and language has been mixed with each other and in that direction, academics may take effective steps for permanent cultural promotion."

He continued that“we are on the same side, we should cooperate and we should find similar aspects of cultural values to push relations to a new era.”

"The media always share false or biased information about Iran and only one TV channel like Al-Alam is not sufficient and the government must invest more," he stated.
