New CEO at Bank Saderat

EghtesadOnline: After Siavash Zera’ati resigned as the chief executive of Bank Saderat more than a week ago for unannounced reasons, Hojjatollah Seyyedi has been appointed to take the helm of the commercial bank by its board of directors on Thursday.

Seyyedi, 50, holds a PhD in accounting and has been chief executive of Kharazmi Investment Group since 2013, the official website of Bank Saderat announced. He was also previously a board member of the bank in addition to leading its Department of International Affairs. In the past, he has served as deputy chief of Ghadir Investment Group, deputy chairman of Iran Khodro, Iran’s largest automaker, and as the head of auditing at the Islamic Revolution Mostazafan Foundation and the Audit Organization of Iran, according to Financial Tribune.
