EghtesadOnline: The internationally popular tourist city of Isfahan in central Iran has launched a raft of new technological upgrades to city services including a new ‘Information Kiosk’ in one prime location near the Zayandehrud (Zayandeh River).

The new interactive touch-screen is the first of 42 that will be rolled out across the popular city in the coming months, according to the Isfahan Municipality News Agency on April 23. It was not clear whether the new interactive screens offer information in other languages, but images of the new device indicate multiple language options being available. Other services in the device include voice recognition technology, free limited Wi-Fi  and a mobile phone charging station. Isfahan, along with Shiraz and Yazd are the most popular tourist cities for foreign and Iranian tourists, Financial Tribune reported.
