After investigating Iran’s objection regarding the changes in the laws and rules of wrestling, the United World Wrestling approved the Iranian's membership in the technical commission and following that, Iran’s Wrestling Federation introduced Ali Akbar Dodangeh, Asian champion and the national wrestling team coach due to his membership, IRNA reported.
It seems that, since then Iran can play decisive role in the world's wrestling important decisions.
Despite the fact that managing the technical commission, as the most important commission of the United World Wrestling, in not limited to intra ties and relation of the commission, it provides a good opportunity for Iran’s wrestling.
