Trade Via Bandar Lengeh Topped $600m

EghtesadOnline: More than 488,000 tons of goods worth $91.4 million were exported from Bandar Lengeh Port in the southern Hormozgan Province in the last Iranian year (March 2016-17), Bandar Lengeh Customs Bureau announced.

The main exported commodities included fruit, vegetables, dry fruit and minerals destined for Persian Gulf littoral states, IRNA reported. A total of 188,097 tons of non-oil commodities valued at $518.2 million were imported from the port, including automobiles, computer parts, home appliances, textile, wooden fiber, beans and spices. China, the UAE, India, South Korea, Thailand and Malaysia were the main import origins, according to Financial Tribune.
