The project financed $14 million by Azeri side would become operational mid 2017, reports ISNA.
Dena, Runna, Samand and Soren, all products of IKCO, would be manufactured by the company.
“We are ready to train human resources and provide Azerbaijan with technology and know-how required for manufacturing IKCO products,” he said.
He said that IKCO is after targeting Central Asian states, adding the Republic of Azerbaijan could be a production-exports base for IKCO.
