The MoU was sealed on the sidelines of 16th meeting of the Joint Economic Commission between the Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Mohammad Khazaei and the Deputy of The Export-Import Bank of China (Exim Bank) Sun Ping.
According to IRNA, the MoU includes road, ports, transportation, plant, telecommunications, industrial parks, oil and gas, healthcare sector, agriculture and tourism plans.
Low-interest preferential loans with long-term payback periods have been envisaged in the memorandum.
