According to IRNA, Qasemi expressed condolence to the families of the victims, Iraqi government and nation on the sad and painful human loss caused by the terrorist attack on a memorial service which left tens of people killed and wounded.
Qasemi drew attention of the international community to fulfill responsibility in the international campaign against terrorism.
He underlined necessity for collective campaign against terrorism and Takfiri groups being involved in crimes against humanity.
