He said that capacity to exploit gas from Southern Pars gas field has increased and reached to 515 million cubic meters a day, IRNA reported.
Abadi said that the sour gas of platform 21 with 28 million cubic meters a day sent to refinery of phases 20 and 21 and after process will inject to nationwide network.
The official said that phase 20 platform is currently launched and will be operational soon.
The two phases of 20 and 21 of Southern Pars gas filed have daily capacity of 56 million cubic meters sour gas.
After processing operation and desalination will inject 50 million cubic meters gas into the nationwide network.
