Iran, Russia, Turkey FMs to meet in Moscow on Dec. 20

EghtesadOnline: Foreign ministers of Iran, Russia and Turkey are scheduled to hold a meeting in Moscow on Dec. 20 to discuss the latest developments in Syria, particularly on what's going on in Aleppo.

The meeting was scheduled to be held on Dec. 27, but the pace of developments in Syria made the three foreign ministers to hold their talks a week earlier.

In a telephone conversation on Saturday evening, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov discussed the situation on the battlefields in Syria, according to IRNA.

The two foreign ministers also agreed to hold a tripartite meeting over Syria with the presence of the Turkish foreign minister a week earlier on Dec. 20.
