Iran says satisfied with IAEA performance

EghtesadOnline: Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani has said the country considers renewal of U.S. sanctions a clear violation of nuclear deal.

In a meeting with the IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano, President Rouhani criticized the U.S. lack of compliance with the nuclear deal and stated that the U.S. recent act would lead to the world countries’ distrust towards it.

According to ISNA, he went on to say that the IAEA reports must be biased; adding Iran is satisfied with the agency’s performance concerning the technical cooperation and also the transfer of nuclear know-how.

President Rouhani underlined that Iran’s nuclear case has been one of the most significant and long activities of the IAEA, adding the removal of some complications including PMD by eth agency were considered imported steps.

He went on to say that Iran has been fully committed to its obligations, noting the U.S. recent acts were clear infringement of the deal.

President Rouhani expressed hope that Iran and IAEA could develop fruitful cooperation concerning the production of nuclear propulsion for marine transportation.
