Qasemi: Allegations on Iran’s interference in Arab countries totally unfounded

EghtesadOnline: Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi on Saturday strongly refuted 'unfounded allegations' by UAE minister of state for foreign affairs for export of the country’s interference in domestic affairs of the Arab states.

This Emirati minister who always calls for rationality and respecting neighboring states, it would be advisable prior to lodging any repeated or unfounded allegations which only exacerbate the situation and bring rifts among regional countries to be realistic and mind his thoughts and words, IRNA reported.

The Islamic Republic of Iran with reliance on its people have always truly recognized its expediency and spares no efforts to maintain solidarity, peace, stability and security in the region and defending the legitimate rights of the Iranian nation against hostile policies.

'The Islamic Republic of Iran has always underlined the use of dialogue and respect for others' sovereignty and good neighborly policies in the region and has indicated its interests in having logical relations identical and balanced to all neighbors,' he said. 

The Islamic Republic of Iran hopes that other countries to truly understand the current international situation and help create such situation and the first step to bolster constructive cooperation with be a change in accusing dialogue and lodging unfounded allegations on Iran’s undeniable role in restoring stability in the region, he added.
